Managed switch EDS-505A-SS-SC-T by MOXA production is an improved modification of a basic model. The device houses 5 Ethernet ports, 2 of which refer to 100 Base FX standard, have a modern SC slot and are provided for data transmission over distances of up to 40 km using optical fiber. The switch supports intelligent functions of management, control and extended network security, that, together with a shock-proof chassis, make the device an ideal solution for industrial automation tasks. The letter "T" in the product name explains that the device is capable of withstanding extreme temperatures: from -40 to 75 °C.
