Besides a fast and efficient Intel Core i3/i5/i7 CPU, it offers the possibility to use a discrete GPU graphics card for extremely computationally demanding operations like Artificial Intelligence (AI). With an Intel Core i3/i5/i7 processor from the 8th and 9th generation and two memory banks for a maximum of 32 GB DDR4 RAM, the MEGA-3112 can be optimized in its computing power and cost efficiency to meet individual requirements. A special feature for an embedded box PC is the combination of a discrete CPU with a dedicated graphics card in the performance class up to 380W in a PCI Express x16 slot, allowing the GPU to take over tasks such as machine learning or artificial intelligence as an external co-processor. The MEGA-3112 also has an extremely versatile I/O that includes Triple LAN with Gigabit Ethernet, six Serial COM and six USB ports, a 16-bit GPIO, as well as two extension slots for M.2 or Mini PCIe modules and a slot for PCIe x8. The embedded box PC complements these with the high number of four drive bays for 2.5'' HDD or SSD with the option of connecting them to form a RAID 0,1,5,10 array.
