VTC-7280-7C5
Fanless AI Vehicle PC with Intel Core™ Ultra 5/7 Meteor Lake-H Series CPU, up to 32 GB DDR5 RAM, 5 x 2.5GbE PoE++ Ports, 4xUSB, 3xCOM
Featuring an Intel Core™ Ultra processor from the Meteor Lake-H series, the VTC 7280-7C5 belongs to a new generation of fanless AI in-vehicle PCs. It combines high-performance computing with a rugged design compliant with military standard MIL-STD 810H, CE/FCC, UKCA, and E-Mark certifications for in-vehicle operation, along with explicit support for AI applications.
To achieve high local computing performance, the telematics computer VTC 7280-7C5/-5C5 offers a choice between an Intel Core Ultra 5 processor 125H with 14 cores or an Intel Core Ultra 7 CPU 155H, which features 2 x 2048 NPUs for a maximum AI processing capability of 26 TOPS. Operating at a low power consumption of 28 watts under normal conditions, the combination of high-performance and efficient cores allows for rapid AI procedure execution, with real-time peak loads of up to 115 watts and clock speeds reaching 4.80 GHz. The system supports up to 32 GB of DDR5 RAM via two SO-DIMM slots. For storage, the in-vehicle embedded PC includes two 2.5'' HDD/SSD drive bays and one M.2 slot for a PCIe Gen4 NVMe drive, enabling separation of system and user data or fault-tolerant storage in redundant RAID arrays.
As a universal telematics computer for mobile deployment, the VTC 7280-7C5/-5C5 features rich I/O options for versatile peripheral connectivity. The fanless embedded PC is equally suited for headless operation or interactive use via touchscreen, supporting dual-display output: one analog VGA at 1080p Full HD and one digital HDMI at 4K resolution. Peripheral interfaces include four USB ports at the front and DB9 serial COM ports at the rear (1 x RS232 and 2 x RS232/422/485). Additionally, the system features a DB15 multiport offering an 8-bit DIO and dual CAN Bus 2.0 A/B. Network connectivity is provided by five 2.5 GbE PoE++ interfaces with IEEE 802.3bt support. Hardware expansion and customization are enabled via two mini PCIe and two M.2 expansion slots.
Thanks to its rugged fanless design, the VTC 7280-7C5/-5C5 operates reliably under harsh conditions within a wide temperature range of -40°C to +60°C. Designed for mobile deployment as a fanless in-vehicle or transportation computer, the embedded PC is certified according to MIL-STD-810H, ensuring resistance to strong shock, continuous vibration, and extreme acceleration. Additional features include programmable ignition-based boot/shutdown delay, GPS/Glonass/Beidou/Galileo positioning, and integrated 3D gyroscope and accelerometer. With its universal configuration, high efficiency, and excellent performance, the VTC 7280-7C5/-5C5 is ideal for various industrial and mobile data processing tasks, including fleet management and logistics, automated systems for vehicle and machinery control, and AI applications in harsh or outdoor environments.
