The SB-244-11135G7-M is a versatile industrial fanless box PC equipped with a powerful Intel Core i5-1135G7 CPU from the 11th generation Tiger Lake series and a diverse range of interfaces including Serial COM, USB 2.0 and 3.2, as well as four LAN ports for redundant network connectivity.
The Intel Core i5-1135G7 is a quad-core CPU from the mobile computing segment and operates at clock speeds of up to 4.20 GHz across eight virtual threads. For high graphics performance or as a coprocessor in AI applications or machine learning, the SB-244-11135G7-M utilizes a dedicated Intel Iris Xe GPU, supporting up to four independent desktops and resolutions up to 8K. The fanless box embedded PC uses a single memory slot for modules up to 32 GB DDR4 RAM. Through a 2.5'' drive bay and M.2 Key-M SATA extension slot, the SB-244-11135G7-M allows system optimization for data integrity, capacity, or fail-safety through redundant storage.
To enable universal use of the SB-244-11135G7-M in industrial and technical environments, the native I/O includes a wide range of interfaces, such as four serial COM ports RS232/422/485, two additional RS232 via internal headers, a total of five USB 2.0 and three USB 3.2 ports, as well as an 8-bit GPIO. Connection to various network topologies such as tree, ring, or star architectures can be achieved via four GbE LAN ports, either redundantly or across physically separated subnets. For hardware expansion and customization, the SB-244-11135G7-M also features expansion slots for one Mini PCIe and two M.2 expansion cards.
The robust and fanless design of the SB-244-11135G7-M is intended for long-term 24/7/365 operation without regular maintenance and supports a wide temperature range from -20° Celsius to +60° Celsius. In addition to continuous vibrations of 2 Grms at 500 Hz across three axes, the SB-244-11135G7-M also tolerates shocks and sudden accelerations up to 10 G.
