NISE-505 Embedded IoT Gateway with Intel Celeron J1900, 4GB DDR3L RAM, 32GB SSD, 3x GbE LAN, GPIO, COM, 2x USB The NISE-505 fanless embedded system belongs to a generation of high-performance mini box computers with general-purpose hardware that, thanks to its high range of capabilities and compact, efficient and fanless design, has optimal characteristics for a powerful and robust IoT gateway that additionally communicates directly with the environment via interfaces such as Serial COM and GPIO. The processor of the Embedded IoT Gateway NISE-505 is formed by a proven and efficient Intel Celeron J1900 Quad Core CPU with a clock frequency of 2.42GHz in Turbo Burst Mode and excellent energy efficiency 24/7/365 with scalable performance. Storage media for temporary and permanent data include a 4GB DDR3L Low Energy RAM as main memory and an integrated eMMC with 32GB for the operating system. Interfaces for direct I/O consist of Serial COM RS232, an 8-bit GPIO with four programmable input and output channels and dual USB 2.0 for peripheral hardware. Although the NISE-505 primarily serves as a headless IoT gateway, it still features graphic output via HDMI. Networking is realized via Triple Ethernet LAN with a bandwidth of 10/100/1000 Mbps and can be single or double redundant as well as organized in branched tree or ring structures.
