NISE-110-A02
Fanless Industrial PC with Intel Atom x7211E, up to 16 GB DDR5 RAM, 2x Mini Card, 2x M.2, 4x USB, 4x COM, 3x LAN, GPIO
Equipped with an energy-efficient Intel Atom x7211E processor, the NISE-110-A02 provides a power- and cost-efficient platform for industrial environments. It serves as a local embedded computer with versatile I/Os and triple LAN, suitable for demanding IT gateways as well as automation systems using headless servers or H2M and SCADA terminals.
The NISE-110-A02 is powered by an Intel Atom x7211E dual-core CPU with a turbo boost clock speed of 3.20 GHz and an exceptionally low thermal design power of just 6 watts. A more powerful alternative is the NISE-110-A01, which features four cores at 3.60 GHz and a 12-watt TDP, offering more performance but also higher operating costs for 24/7/365 operation. The memory is housed in a single SO-DIMM slot supporting up to 16 GB of DDR5 RAM. With the mSATA PCIe Mini Card and M.2 Key B socket, the NISE-110-A02 enables the operation of up to two SSD drives either independently or in RAID configuration to optimize the embedded PC in terms of reliability, data integrity, or performance.
Featuring two USB 3.2 and two USB 2.0 ports, four serial COM interfaces (RS232 or RS232/422/485), and a header for 8-bit GPIO, the NISE-110-A02 meets the requirements for flexible peripheral control in industrial environments. Internally, like the structurally identical NISE-110-A01 (except for the processor), this fanless embedded computer offers four expansion slots, allowing for the simultaneous installation of two M.2 and two Mini PCIe expansion cards. Network connectivity is provided via RJ45 triple LAN with isolated 2.5 Gbps bandwidth, which can be configured in link aggregation, redundancy, or segmentation modes.
Thanks to its rugged and fanless design, the NISE-110-A02 is suitable for operation in harsh environments, including extreme temperatures from -40°C to +70°C and vibrations up to 50G acceleration. The wide input voltage tolerance from 9 to 30 volts DC ensures reliable performance even under unstable or mobile power supplies, making the NISE-110-A02 ideal not only for its primary applications in automation, industrial process management, and IoT, but also for use as an in-vehicle embedded PC.
