XGS-6320-8UP4X
10 Gbps Managed Layer 3 PoE++ Ethernet Switch with 4× SFP+ 10 GbE Base-SR/LR, 8× PoE++ 10 GbE RJ45 LAN, ERPS
The XGS-6320-8UP4X is engineered as a 10 Gbps managed PoE++ Ethernet switch for demanding IP devices that require above-average bandwidth and a stable high-power supply, with the option to connect optically to remote IT infrastructures via SFP fiber.
For secure data transmission in complex networks, the XGS-6320-8UP4X supports various Layer 2 and Layer 3 functions such as filtering and prioritization by MAC or IP address, VLAN ID, port, or protocol. Additional features include static routing, MLD and IGMP snooping, port-based bandwidth limiting, port mirroring, and Ethernet Ring Protection Switching (ERPS). Infrastructure can be segmented into up to 4,094 VLAN groups. Store-and-forward forwarding delivers a high throughput of 240 Gbps with very low latency.
The XGS-6320-8UP4X offers four 10 Gbps SFP+ Base-SR/LR ports for lossless communication up to 10 km, with optional transceivers extending reach to 80 km. Eight auto-sensing RJ45 Base-T ports support 100 Mbps to 10 Gbps speeds. All ports provide IEEE 802.3bt PoE++ delivering up to 90 W per port, fully backward-compatible with earlier PoE standards. The total power budget is 420 W, freely allocable across the eight PoE++ ports.
Featuring automatic PoE standard detection and scheduling, the XGS-6320-8UP4X achieves high energy efficiency. Reliability is ensured with recovery times under 50 ms in ring topologies, Intelligent Alive Check for IP devices, storm control, and electrically isolated ports. It is ideal for energy- and data-intensive PoE infrastructures such as thin clients, embedded PCs, IT gateways, wireless access points, and NAS storage servers.
