GS-2210-24P2S
PoE+ Smart Ethernet Switch with 24× PoE+ RJ45 LAN, 2× SFP Base-X, up to 260 W output, 1U 19″ rackmount, QoS, VLAN
The GS-2210-24P2S is a Layer 2 smart Ethernet switch that serves as a gateway between remote nodes connected via SFP Base-X fiber and local networks, while also delivering power to attached IP devices over PoE+ on its 24 Gigabit RJ45 ports.
With its ample number of GbE ports, the GS-2210-24P2S enables the construction of complex, branched, or fail-safe IT infrastructures in the compact form factor of a 1U rack switch. Additional sites are linked via two 100/1000 Base-X SFP slots, allowing data to be forwarded to multiple nodes or transmitted redundantly at full bandwidth. Its modular design lets you swap SFP transceivers to support standards such as 1000Base-SX for short distances or 1000Base-LX for links up to 120 km.
Key features include IEEE 802.3at PoE+ delivering up to 32 W per port, with a total power budget of 260 W that can be distributed freely across all 24 ports. A fanless alternative is the GS-2210-24T2S (identical hardware without PoE). The GS-2210-24P2S uses store-and-forward switching to achieve 52 Gbps throughput and 38.68 Mpps, ensuring lossless, real-time data transmission even at full load. For enhanced network security, it supports IGMP and IP snooping, Quality of Service (QoS), port isolation, and SNMP monitoring via an NMS.
Built for reliability and network stability, the GS-2210-24P2S performs Intelligent Powered Device Alive Checks on attached devices. Its PoE scheduling feature lets you power individual ports on a timer to reduce energy use and operating costs. With its performance and flexibility, this switch is ideal for industrial, commercial, and private networks—supporting IoT deployments, telecommunications gateways, automation systems, and video surveillance applications.
