Powered by an Intel Celeron SoC processor from the Elkhart series, the WTP-8J66-22 combines performance and efficiency in a large-format, rugged 21.5" panel PC that features a fully waterproof design along with a variety of native interfaces and multiple options for customizing the hardware.
The WTP-8J66-22 uses an Intel Celeron J6412 quad-core CPU that operates at 2.60 GHz while maintaining a very low power consumption of only 10 watts TDP. The industrial panel PC is equipped with two memory banks that support up to 32 GB DDR4 RAM at 3200 MHz in dual-channel mode. With M.2 Key M for PCIe or SATA 3 SSD and a 2.5" drive bay, the system provides various options to optimize the WTP-8J66-22 for performance, data capacity, or fail-safe redundancy through dual boot media. For further customization, the waterproof panel PC also includes PCI Express x1 Gen. 3, M.2 Key E, and M.2 Key B expansion slots.
The native I/O of the WTP-8J66-22 includes four USB interfaces, dual serial COM ports, and 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet LAN. The ports use M12 screw connections to ensure secure and waterproof connectivity in harsh environments. Optionally, the industrial panel PC also supports wireless standards such as WLAN 802.11, Bluetooth, or WWAN via 4G LTE/5G, for which a SIM socket with connection to an M.2 expansion slot is available. For intuitive and convenient operation, the WTP-8J66-22 features a 21.5" touchscreen that supports either resistive or projected capacitive (P-Cap) input and delivers images in 1080p Full HD resolution.
The WTP-8J66-22 is housed in a corrosion-resistant SUS304 stainless steel enclosure, sealed to IP66/67/69K standards to protect against high-pressure water jets from all directions and cleaning with steam or high-pressure spray. The fanless panel PC can be installed as a freestanding unit using an optional floor kit, via VESA100/100 wall mount, or through side-mounted screw fittings. Typical use cases for the WTP-8J66-22 include industrial H2M interfaces in dirty or wet environments, healthcare and food processing applications, as well as digital signage or infotainment terminals with strict hygiene requirements.
