WGR-500-4PV
Industrial Router with 4x GbE PoE+ LAN, 1x WAN, LCD Touchscreen, USB 3.0, Dual Power, up to 120 Watt Output
The WGR-500-4PV is a universal industrial router for IoT applications, offering extensive support for Power-over-Ethernet (PoE+) IP devices and enabling simple IT infrastructure management without remote administration via an integrated LCD touchscreen that allows local configuration of the gateway and monitoring of current system status.
For direct I/O, the WGR-500-4PV offers four 10/100/1000 Base-T RJ45 LAN ports and an additional interface serving as a WAN uplink. Furthermore, the industrial Gigabit router features a USB 3.0 port, which can be used, for example, for fast backup and restoration of configurations. Power supply is provided either via a 3-pin terminal block or a conventional round DC input with an external power adapter. Redundant power input is also supported to ensure maximum operational reliability and voltage stability in critical environments or when operating multiple power-hungry IP devices.
The four LAN ports comply with the 802.3at standard for PoE+ devices, delivering up to 25.5 watts per port over a single LAN cable. In total, the WGR-500-4PV supports an output power of more than 120 watts across all available interfaces, enabling the parallel operation of multiple high-demand devices such as embedded PCs or thin clients. Important settings, such as scheduled power cycling of connected devices, can also be configured directly via the local touchscreen to reduce energy consumption outside regular working hours and minimize operating costs.
The WGR-500-4PV is designed for installation in confined spaces without active airflow, such as control boxes or cabinets, and operates within a wide temperature range from -10° Celsius to +60° Celsius. Configuration and monitoring can be performed both locally via the LCD touchscreen and remotely through an intuitive web-based graphical user interface. For complex networks, the WGR-500-4PV also offers clear management tools, allowing even heterogeneous, large-scale clusters with distributed structures to be configured in four simple steps. In addition to its role as a universal PoE+ router for industrial production and process engineering, the WGR-500-4PV is also suitable for various commercial IoT infrastructures, including office environments, communication systems, or video surveillance, covering both security-critical areas and applications with high continuous availability.
