Industrial serial interface server NPort S8455I-SS-SC with an embedded Ethernet switch designed by MOXA makes it possible to integrate serial devices with Ethernet networks. The device is provided in a robust metal housing with 5 Ethernet ports and 4 RS-232/422/485 ports. The device can be mounted either on a wall, or on a DIN-rail. It secures interaction with all key protocols: IGMPv1/v2, DHCP Server/Client, DHCP Option 66/67/82, SNTP, SMTP, SNMPv1/v2c/v3, BootP, GMRP, GVRP, HTTP, RARP, RMON, by means of Telnet, TFTP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, DNS, ARP, LACP. The server can be set up with the help of Telnet, a console port, switches, or a Web-interface. It is compatible with broadly known operating systems. It provides stable operation within a temperature range of 0 ... 60 °C.
