Serial interface server NPort 6650-8-T designed by MOXA is applied for control over the serial interface devices by means of Ethernet. The server is provided in a housing with RS-232/422/485 ports (8 pcs.) and 1 Ethernet port. It is available in a 19" rack mounting configuration. It provides interaction with all protocols: SMTP, SNMPv1/v2c/v3, BootP, HTTP using Telnet, PPPoE, ICMP, TCP, UDP, DHCP, DNS, ARP. It can be configured by means of Telnet, a console port, switches, or a Web-interface. The server is compatible with the operating systems currently applied in the world. It is used for operation within a temperature range of -40 ... 75 °C.
