EMS-SKLU-Celeron-Marine
EMS-SKLU-Celeron Marine Rugged Embedded PC has Intel Celeron J1900 Quad Core CPU, up to 16 GB DDR4 RAM, M.2 Socket, Isolated COM For an efficient, powerful and versatile fanless rugged embedded system, the EMS-SKLU-Celeron-Marine uses an Intel Celeron J19600 Quad Core processor and combines it with a comprehensive range of interfaces including GPIO, Serial COM, USB and Dual LAN in a fanless design. With a clock speed of 2.42 GHz and a quad core architecture with a low power loss of only 10 watts TDP, the EMS-SKLU-Celeron-Marine provides a variable performance for efficient, uninterrupted operation 24/7/365 with fluctuating computing load. The Rugged Embedded Box Computer uses a DDR4 SO-DIMM RAM on a memory bank, which can be expanded from 4 GB to 16 GB for data-intensive operations. The supported drives include a 2.5 "Drive Bay and an M.2 SSD to allow for individual or combined use for redundant or isolated data storage. In addition to the M.2 socket, the extension slots also include Mini PCI Express and IET Interface. The EMS-SKLU-Celeron-Marine places a special priority on the connection of external devices to the fanless box computer. The native I / O for this purpose includes the high number of four serial COM ports in RS232 / 422/485 with electrical isolation for 2.5 kV and two additional RS232 / 422/485 with configuration via jumpers. The fanless Embedded PC integrates digital hardware via two USB 2.0 and four USB 3.0 ports, which are distributed on the front and back for clear and comfortable cable routing. Direct control of external sensors and actuators is also possible via a 12-bit GPIO with separate channels for DI and DO. The network connection is via dual LAN with 10/100/1000 Gbit / s for Gigabit Ethernet or wirelessly in WLAN or WWAN, for which the EMS-SKLU-Celeron Marine Dual provides SIM sockets and knock-outs for external antennas. For use as a rugged embedded computer in harsh environments, the EMS-SKLU-Celeron Marine tolerates extreme conditions including a variable input voltage of 9 VDC to 36 VDC in AT or ATX Power Mode and a very wide temperature range between -20 ° C and +60 ° Celsius. Typical usage scenarios include the automation of processes in Industry 4.0, system monitoring, data analysis, and even mobile environments such as ocean and inland navigation.
