7'' Industrial Panel PC features Intel Celeron J6412, 8 GB DDR4 RAM, M.2 SSD, 2.5 GbE LAN, 2xCOM, 2xUSB
With modern and energy-efficient components such as an Intel Celeron "Elkhart Lake" CPU and DDR4 low energy RAM, the AFL4-W07-EHL is one of the lightweight industrial panel PCs offering universal and powerful hardware including versatile interfaces in the compact format of a 7'' PPC.
The AFL4-W07-EHL uses an Intel Celeron J6412 Quad Core CPU from the embedded computing segment, which operates with a maximum clock speed of 2.60 GHz and a thermal design power (TDP) of only 10 watts. The memory consists of 8 GB low-power LPDDR4 onboard RAM, offering more than double the bandwidth compared to the previous DDR3L generation while requiring approximately 50% lower voltage. With an M.2 SATA or PCIe SSD, the AFL4-W07-EHL also provides a reliable and high-performance storage medium that can be flexibly scaled in capacity to meet individual requirements.
The 7'' touchscreen of the AFL4-W07-EHL features a WSVGA resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels and enables detailed display even for complex structures in a compact format. The brightness of 450 cd/m² and a contrast ratio of 700:1 ensure good readability in bright environments and under various intense light sources. The native I/O of this industrial panel PC includes a 2.5 GbE RJ45 LAN port, dual serial COM RS232/422/485 via DB9, and two USB 3.2 interfaces. Thanks to an HDMI output, the AFL4-W07-EHL allows for independent or mirrored desktop extension to a secondary display with up to 4K resolution.
For industrial use, the AFL4-W07-EHL supports a wide operating range from -10° Celsius to +40° Celsius and features an IP64 sealing for the front panel. The high-endurable enclosure made of weather-resistant aluminum allows for installation in harsh and humid environments and also withstands direct contact with aggressive chemicals such as concentrated cleaning and disinfecting agents. Key applications for the AFL4-W07-EHL include machine and plant engineering, smart factories within Industry 4.0, as well as automation in other sectors and robust infotainment and PoS systems including service terminals, ATM machines, and kiosk PCs.
