NEXCOM has introduced two new compact panel PCs, the APPC0760-A01 and APPC1060-A01, designed for use in industrial automation systems, operator panels, human-machine interfaces (HMIs), and other industrial applications.
Both models are powered by the energy-efficient Intel N97 processor and feature a fanless design. This makes them well suited for applications where reliability, low noise levels, and minimal maintenance are essential.
The APPC0760-A01 features a 7-inch display with a resolution of 1024 × 600 pixels, while the APPC1060-A01 is equipped with a 10.1-inch screen offering a resolution of 1280 × 800 pixels. Both panel PCs feature projected capacitive (PCAP) touchscreens that support up to 10 simultaneous touch points. This design enables intuitive, direct interaction with on-screen interfaces and makes the devices suitable for compact operator workstations.
Both the APPC0760-A01 and APPC1060-A01 are powered by a quad-core Intel N97 processor with a clock speed of up to 3.6 GHz. Depending on the model, the systems support up to 32 GB of DDR5-4800 memory. For data storage, the devices feature an M.2 2242 Key B slot with a SATA interface. Additional M.2 slots support the installation of wireless and cellular communication modules, while a nano-SIM slot expands connectivity options for mobile and distributed systems.
Both models offer a comprehensive range of interfaces for connecting industrial equipment and peripheral devices. Network connectivity is provided by two 2.5GbE ports with support for Wake-on-LAN and PXE technologies. The available interfaces for peripheral connectivity include USB 3.2 Type-A, USB Type-C, HDMI 1.4, and COM ports supporting RS-232/422/485 standards. The systems also feature a line-out audio port and additional internal serial interfaces, providing flexible connectivity options for a wide range of industrial applications.
