Advantech, a leader in service automation, introduces the new UTC-320SL, an all-in-one panel computer with a 21.5-inch touchscreen from the popular UTC-300S series.

Designed with a focus on versatility, serviceability, and performance scalability, the UTC-320SL features an advanced mechanical design, 14th Generation Intel Core processors with Socket 1700, and advanced system integration capabilities. This makes the device ideal for smart retail applications, interactive kiosks, industrial HMI systems, and self-service terminals.

Improved design for easy kiosk installation and maintenance

Thanks to the elegant black plastic chassis, the UTC-320SL boasts a modern, compact form factor that seamlessly combines aesthetics and functionality. Its innovative design allows for simplified panel mounting, significantly reducing installation time while ensuring secure attachment. Additionally, the device is equipped with a standard 4-pin DIN power connector and offers an optional terminal block for specialized applications. For even greater installation flexibility, the UTC-320SL supports two power button options: integrated (visible) and external, making it ideal for embedded systems and kiosk integration.

CPU with scalable performance and cost optimization

With 12th-generation to the latest 14th-generation Intel Core processors (Raptor Lake-S Refresh), the UTC-320SL delivers outstanding performance and high cost efficiency. The 14th-generation processor architecture combines high-performance and energy-efficient cores, delivering up to a 61% performance boost over the previous generation. Broad processor compatibility and the availability of the 1700 socket on the UTC-320SL allow customers to tailor the performance level to their needs and budget, ensuring both scalability and cost savings. The system supports both Windows and Linux, ensuring broad compatibility with existing IT infrastructure.

Cooling systems for different application conditions

Designed for use in a wide range of environments, the UTC-320SL offers two cooling options: with fan and fanless. The fanless version operates quietly and reliably even in dusty or high-temperature conditions, withstanding temperatures up to 45°C. For environments with active air circulation, a fan-assisted model is also available—it also supports temperatures up to 45°C, providing efficient cooling for long, trouble-free operation. This model also features a smaller footprint and weight.
