WDAP-3000AX
Outdoor Wireless AP provides Dual 2.4/5 GHz Band, PoE+ Input, four external antennas, IP67, 8xSSID, 4094 VLANs, GbE LAN
As a robust and powerful outdoor wireless AP, the WDAP-3000AX enables quick and straightforward setup of extensive WLAN networks in indoor and outdoor environments. It features high functionality with different modes such as Gateway, Repeater, Router (WISP), and Master (MESH), combined with intuitive operation and minimal installation effort.
For broad coverage and compatibility with various clients, the WDAP-3000AX uses WLAN 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax with dual band up to 13 channels in the older 2.4 GHz and 24 channels in the more powerful 5 GHz frequency. Each frequency band can be divided into up to four subnets with individual SSIDs to technically isolate clients. A single WDAP-3000AX outdoor wireless AP supports up to 256 simultaneous connections and stores their IP addresses in a DHCP table. Address management in the WDAP-3000AX is handled both in LAN and WAN, either statically or via a central DHCP server.
In addition to its wireless access point function with Gateway, Repeater, WISP, and MESH, the WDAP-3000AX supports all established WiFi infrastructures, thereby enabling, for example, seamless signal coverage over a uniform network across multiple devices. For high data security and client protection, the outdoor WLAN AP supports numerous standards such as encryption and authentication via WPA, WPA2, and WPA3 using preshared keys or certificates, MAC address filtering, user isolation, or client distribution into up to 4094 separate VLANs. The WDAP-3000AX is administered via the network using protocols such as NMS, ICG, VR/IVR APC, or via a web interface in the cloud.
The WDAP-3000AX wireless AP features a rugged design with full IP67 sealing and is intended for mounting on signal masts and in outdoor areas. Power is supplied easily via PoE+ Gigabit LAN without the need for additional cabling. For fail-safe operation under extreme conditions, the WDAP-3000AX tolerates temperatures from -40° Celsius to 70° Celsius and is equipped with extended ESD protection of 8 kV for inductive and 4 kV for cable-borne surges. The WDAP-3000AX meets the requirements for both public and closed wireless networks and is suitable for hotspots and extensive coverage through powerful wireless IT infrastructures in outdoor areas for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
