UA-5231 is designed based on a processor with RISC architecture AM3352 720 MHz, Linux 3.2.14 operating system. Its functions include acquisition and processing of information from remote devices connected over Ethernet or serial ports, an IIoT server and PID control.

The built-in OPC UA server and MQTT protocol services support various industrial protocols. The gateway features small power consumption and compact housing, so that it can be mounted in areas with confined space.
