How to connect two Modbus TCP Master devices?
Data exchange between two Modbus master devices requires a gateway that can support a master-master mode.
What is a default password for MGate?
For MGate with a firmware version higher than 3.0, the default password is moxa.
For logging in MGate web-interface the default account: admin, and password: moxa are used.
To reset a password and to recover MGate default settings, press Reset button and hold it for 5 seconds.
How to convert Modbus RTU to Modbus ASCII using MGate? 
To convert Modbus RTU protocols to Modbus ASCII protocols, two MGate gateways connected via an Ethernet cable are required.
One of the devices should be connected via Modbus RTU, the other is connected via Modbus ASCII to a serial port. On the Ethernet side one MGate device is a Modbus TCP Master, the other one would be a Slave.
Make sure, that the device ID on the slave device corresponds to the slave ID settings on the MGate TCP Master.
