VTC-7270-C4
Fanless Vehicle PC with Intel Core i3/i5/i7/i9 CPU, 2x DDR5 RAM, up to 2 AI Cards, 6x USB, 2x COM, 5x LAN, 4x PoE
Equipped with an Intel Core i3/i5/i7/i9 CPU from the 12th or 13th generation, low-latency DDR5 RAM, and an optional Hailo AI card as co-processor, the VTC-7270-C4 belongs to an innovative range of fanless vehicle computers that combine extremely high local performance with a rugged design for fail-safe operation.
Compared to previous models, the VTC-7270-C4 achieves approximately one-third higher computing performance by combining a 13th Gen Intel Core "Raptor Lake" processor with modern hardware architecture. In addition to two memory banks for DDR5 RAM, the fanless transportation PC offers two externally accessible 2.5'' drive bays, two Mini PCIe expansion slots, and slots for up to three M.2 modules. This comprehensive internal I/O allows extensive hardware customization—for example, through redundant storage systems or neural network integration via local embedded servers.
The VTC-7270-C4 features an exceptionally versatile I/O to ensure flexible integration into vehicle electronics and direct communication with peripheral devices. Native interfaces include six USB 3.2 ports, two serial COM ports supporting RS232 and RS232/422/485 respectively, and CAN Bus 2.0 A/B. In addition to a GbE Ethernet LAN as the primary uplink, the VTC-7270-C4 provides four PoE+ LAN ports for connecting IP devices such as sensors, cameras, or telemetry modules. Accurate positioning is achieved using a u-blox NEO-M9N GNSS module in conjunction with additional data sources such as a 3D accelerometer and gyroscope.
As a mobile embedded PC, the VTC-7270-C4 features a rugged design certified to MIL-STD-810H for shock and vibration resistance in vehicles, and supports a wide operating temperature range from -35° Celsius to +60° Celsius in fanless mode. A programmable delay for system boot and shutdown prevents critical power surges and, in combination with features such as overvoltage protection, ensures resilience against external influences. Thanks to its comprehensive equipment and high performance, the VTC-7270-C4 is not only ideal for in-vehicle electronics, logistics, and telematics but also for industrial and process automation under harsh environmental conditions.
