MVS-2620-IPK Rugged Embedded PC uses Intel Atom Quad Core CPU, up to 8GB DDR3 RAM, 2.5'' Drive Bay, GPIO With an Intel Atom X7 processor that allows up to 2.00 GHz on a 14 nm lithography and four cores, the MVS-2620-IPK is one of the most powerful and versatile in-vehicle embedded PC. The modular box computer offers a comprehensive I/O including a GPIO for direct circuits integration, triple serial COM RS232-port and USB for digital peripherals. The Fanless Rugged MVS-2620-IPK have due to the Intel X7-E3950 processor an efficient quad core CPU with a variable clock frequency of up to 2.00 MHz. For internal graphic performance in 2D/3D format, the Intel Graphics card provides high-resolution display acceleration. For temporary data, the Embedded PC uses a DDR3L low energy RAM, which allows a capacity of between 2 GB and 8 GB on a single socket. For the storage of user data and the operating system, the Industrial Box PC provides a Drive Bay with 2.5" and optionally a CFast storage medium, which is accessible from outside. On the back, the MVS-2620-IPK offers a variety of different interfaces for communicating with peripheral devices. They include both dual USB as well as additional connectors for 6-bit GPIO and two serial COM ports in RS485 format. For networking with vehicles' electronics, the Fanless Industrial Embedded PC also has optional ports for CAN port 2.0 with electrical isolation against overvoltage by the peripheral devices. Wired Ethernet with Gigabit LAN as well as wireless connections via WLAN and up to two SIM cards for WWAN serve as connections to local and global networks. Connectivity in remote regions is ensured by the MVS-2620-IPK via four external antennas, which are available for the integration of receiving systems. The MVS 2620-IP achieves maximum protection against damage from penetrating liquids thanks to a complete shielding in accordance with the international protection level IP65, which also includes all connections. For this purpose, the Rugged Panel PC M12 uses screwed connections, which ensure maximum protection against shocks and moisture. The MVS-2620-IPK provides an excellent and balanced platform that combines energy efficiency and performance with a rugged, fanless design and is equally suitable for both mobile and stationary mounting.
