Moxa MiiNe is a compact but powerful ARM SoC designed specially to convert a serial interface to Ethernet with embedded RAM and flash memory. Thanks to MiiNe processor from MOXA, NPort 5110A series is the only serial interface server in the world with power consumption of less than 1 W. Compared to the solutions existing on the market, NPort 5100A consumes 50% less power.

Surge protection of Ethernet lines, a serial line and power lines
Surges are high amplitude impulses caused by transient processes when switching on and lightning discharges that are a common threat to all electric devices. In NPort 5000A converters, there is surge protection of a serial line, Ethernet and power input in accordance with IEC 61000-4-5.

Configuration over a web interface in 3 steps
The user-friendly easy-to-use web interface of NPort 5100A allows to prepare a device for work in 3 step. To complete configuration, a user requires about 30 seconds, on average.
