ICP DAS has unveiled an 8-port unmanaged switch that supports baud rate of 1 gigabit per port. All 8 ports are PoE-enabled, up to 30W per port.
The switcher supports auto-negotiation, flow control, and auto MDI/MDI-X function.
NSM-208GP supports redundant power. Each of the switch's power supplies will be able to start the switch on its own when one of the power supplies fails.
The alarm relay can be used to give an alarm in the event of a power failure.
The main and backup power inputs support +24 to +53 VDC, which allows the switch to be used with PoE devices without a 48V power supply. It is recommended to use both power inputs if the switch will be used in a heavily loaded system.
Key features of the new NSM-208GP:
- IEEE802.3at PoE, up to 30W per port
- Power supply support +24 to +53 VDC
- 8 1000Mbps Ethernet ports
- Alarm relay with a maximum switching current of 10A at 30V DC
