ASRock Industrial is among the first companies to launch mini-ITX industrial motherboards supporting Alder Lake processors.
The new models can be divided into three groups:
- with integrated processor, such models as: IMB-1234V, IMB-1234M, IMB-1234P
- powered by 12-28V DC via DC-Jack, such models as: IMB-1232-WV, IMB-1233-WV, IMB-X1233-WV
- ATX powered models, like IMB-1230, IMB-1231, IMB-X1231
RAM is assumed to be DDR4 in SO-DIMM form factor, the maximum amount is 64GB for each board model
The new IMB-1234V, IMB-1234M, IMB-1234P, IMB-1233, IMB-X1233 mainboards support two SATA3 drives, they can use RAID 0 and 1, and for IMB-1231 and IMB-X1234 there are already 4 SATA connectors, thus, they can configure RAID arrays of levels 0/1/5/10, it is also possible to create arrays of levels 0/1 for M.2 NVMe drives.

DC-jack powered CPU boards can be used as a baseboard when designing a panel PC or embedded computer, and ones with ATX power are good for creating compact desktop systems.
