ICP DAS has developed an intelligent 4G gateway RTU-140, intended to create standalone M2M solutions on 3G/4G networks. The gateway is based on a high-performance 32-bit CPU and allows you to connect up to 3 Modbus RTU devices via RS-485.
The gateway automatically transmits data to the remote M2M RTU Center at a predetermined time interval. To build a remote control system for devices, ICP DAS offers several software tools: M2M RTU Center, Win32 API M2M RTU library and OPC server for connecting to SCADA.
The gateway also allows you to record I/O data and GPS signals to a Micro SD card. To prevent loss of efficiency of the gateway, you can install an external lithium battery.
The scheme of operation of the 4G gateway RTU-140 is shown in the picture.
RTU-140 software:
M2M RTU Center. M2M RTU Center software is designed for easy interaction of the gateway with M2M (Machine to Machine) devices
M2M RTU API.M2M RTU library is a software package for M2M RTU series products: G-4514-4G RTU, GT-540-3GWA, RTU-140 and others. Convenient API allows programmers to create programs in VC, VB, BCB and Visual Studio.Net
NAPOPC.M2M DA Server. NAPOPC.M2M DA Server is an OPC server that allows you to connect M2M gateways to SCADA systems via the OPC 2.0 protocol
Ez Data Logger. EZ Data Logger software allows you to create a small data collection system even without any programming skills and to display parameters on a screen in a convenient format
RTU-140 gateway can be used to build transport solutions or stationary measuring systems.
