ICP DAS has introduced a temperature/humidity/O2/dew point measurement module with data logging. DL-1050 allows you to access real-time data from anywhere and anytime using free software for iOS or Android as long as they are connected to the same LAN as the data logger.
DL-1050 is a series of modules designed to measure the concentration of O2 and other gases in the air. In addition, it is possible to measure various concentrations of smoke and gases that affect human health, such as CO/CO2/HCHO/NH3/H2S/TVOC. The DL-1000 can record data and send out an alarm when the concentration of harmful substances in the air is too high. The module can be used to record O2, CO, CO2, HCHO, TVOC, NH3, H2S, temperature, point information including date and time stamps, and can store up to 180000 event records.
Real-time data from the DL-1000 series data logger can be accessed from anywhere and at any time using the free DL300 Utility app for iOS/Android, or via a Web browser if they are connected to the same LAN as data logger.
The DL-300 utility is a powerful tool for configuring modules, monitoring real-time data, grouping DL-1000 modules to view and manage the status of distributed groups. It can also download log data and then the data can be exported to a CSV file and then imported into any standard software or spreadsheet for analysis.
DL-1050 modules support popular industrial protocols: DCON, Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP, as well as the Internet of Things protocol - MQTT. The DL-1000 series data logger can be connected via widely used communication interfaces such as RS-485, Ethernet and PoE. Thus, the device can be easily integrated into existing HMI or SCADA systems, and it is easy to use it in distributed control.
