Axiomtek, a leading Taiwanese industrial PC manufacturer, announced the release of three models in the segment of fully rugged fanless panel computers - GOT-815A-TGL-WCD, GOT-818A-TGL-WCD and GOT-821A-TGL-WCD.
The new models are based on the 11th generation Intel Tiger Lake i5-1145G7E processor. This is a 4-core CPU with a maximum clock speed in Turbo mode of 4.10GHz, while the upper limit of the TDP value does not exceed 30W, which is an excellent solution for a completely sealed fanless device. It is worth noting that it is possible to use a less productive CPU, namely the Intel Celeron 6305E, but these variations of new products are available only on request.
RAM DDR4 3200 SO-DIMM is supported, there is one slot with a maximum capacity of up to 32GB. There is also a 2.5” SATA bay, with max possible height up to 9.5 mm.
The new models offer a typical choice of I/O ports:
- 2 x RS-232/422/485 (default RS-232, A-code)
- 4 x USB 2.0 (A-code)
- 1 x 2.5Gb/s Intel I225 (X-coded) controller with Wake-on-LAN and PXE Boot ROM support
- 1 x DC (A-code)
The connectors are all M12 with screw.
The capacitive touch screen acts as the main control interface, but, in addition to it, there is a keypad on the side which can turn off the screen and adjust the brightness. Also below is the power button.
For wireless functionality, the new panel computers have an M.2 key E slot (support for PCIe x1 and USB 2.0) for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 4G/5G modules.

It is worth to mention that with different widths and heights, all new models have the same depth.
The operating temperature range for all three new products is from -20°C to +50°C.
A striking distinguishing feature of the new panel PCs from the models of the previous generation is the possibility of obtaining an international certificate for operation in hazardous areas C1D2. This certificate allows you to safely use the equipment at critical facilities in the oil and gas industry. This once again confirms and emphasizes the highest quality and reliability of the new panel computers from Axiomtek. The certification process is under the control of the manufacturer and the results are available upon request.
The newest GOT-815A-TGL-WCD, GOT-818A-TGL-WCD and GOT-821A-TGL-WCD are a continuation of the classic, highly specialized line of industrial equipment, but based on modern hardware.
