Portwell’s NANO-6064: a new Nano-ITX processor board

25 July 2023 Product News

Portwell Inc announced the release of a series of Nano-ITX boards – NANO-6064. The series will be based on Intel Alder Lake-N SoC processors, including processor series:

  • Intel Atom x7000E Series (up to 12W TDP) low power
  • Intel Core i3 N-series (up to 15W TDP) high performance

The mainboards will support up to 16GB of SO-DIMM DDR4 Non-Error Correcting (ECC) RAM, but this series of boards will incorporate a unique In-Band ECC (IBECC) feature that allows you to use more affordable standard memory instead of more expensive memory with ECC support. Depending on the processor used, the boards will feature Intel UHD or Intel Iris XE graphics with support for up to three independent displays via DisplayPort, HDMI, and LVDS. With four USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports NANO-6064 ensures efficient data transfer. In addition, the boards are equipped with two M.2 slots with E and B keys for easy and flexible system expansion, including wireless modules and storage devices. The NANO-6064 series has two 2.5GbE ports supporting Intel Time Sensitive Networking (TSN) and Intel Time Coordinated Computing (TCC) technologies for enhanced real-time computing and processing capabilities.

Low profile design of NANO-6064 allows you to create compact solutions such as: digital signage, POS terminals, IoT edge gateways and industrial automation tools.
