Digital Signage is a hardware or software multimedia solution for remote broadcasting of advertising and infotainment content on one or more information screens.

One of the main tools of Digital Signage is a media player.The media player is a device which has specialized software for playback and content management, as well as display management.
The new industrial NDiS B339 player is based on the Intel Atom x7000RE series processors with integrated Intel UHD Graphics and a power of 6 to 9 watts. Thanks to energy-efficient processors NDiS B339 has a fanless cooling system.
The motherboard has two SO-DIMM 2x260-pin DDR4 slots. The maximum amount of installed RAM is 16 GB. To install the drive, an M.2 connector with a key M format 2242 is used.
This player has a wide selection of I/O interfaces:
- 2 HDMI ports version 2.0 for connecting 4K displays
- 2 x 2.5Gbps GbE LAN ports
- 4 x USB 3.2 ports
- 2 x DB9 COM ports: RS-232/422/485, RS-232
- 1x MiniPCIe slot (with support for installing additional Wifi or LTE modules (optional))
- 3 antenna holes
- microphone input, audio output with a 9-pin connector
- power connector for connecting the adapter with a 3-pin terminal block 24 V DC
NDiS B339 can operate at temperatures from -20°C to +60°C.
The dimensions of the media player are: width 224 mm, length 150 mm, height 39.8 mm.
