Winmate has introduced the FM10Q fanless transport panel computer. The PC is based on an 8-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor and Android 9.0 OS, which makes it a great solution for most of the tasks of automating warehouse and logistics processes.
The FM10Q has a 10.4” display and a projective capacitive touch screen with support for multi-touch that can be operated with a stylus or while wearing gloves. The default display brightness is 400 cd/m2, and an option of 800 cd/m2 is available. The contrast ratio is 1200:1.
The chassis of the new model is made of magnesium alloy, boasts IP65 water and dust protection rate on the front side and is certified according to the MIL-STD-810G standard, which ensures reliable operation of the computer in harsh industrial environments with shock and vibration.
To mount FM10Q into a vehicle, a docking station is provided, on which various IO ports are found: COM, USB, GLAN and CAN. The docking station supports input voltage of 10 to 60 V DC, and the PC itself is 12 VDC-powered. To ensure continuous operation, the FM10Q has a 2600 mAh battery that guarantees 30 minutes of operation without recharging. In addition, the PC has built-in Wi-Fi 802.11ac/a/b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.2 wireless interfaces, can determine its location via GPS/GLONASS and can optionally connect a 4G LTE module or an RFID reader.
Panel computer FM10Q has compact dimensions of 268 x 214 x 35 mm and can operate in a wide temperature range from -30°C to +50° C, which makes it possible to use it in almost any vehicle or in unheated warehouses in both winter and summer.
