Advantech has unveiled a series of Mini-ITX mainboards AIMB-277, designed to create compact multi-tasking solutions for production automation, medicine, terminals, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and artificial intelligence tasks.
The line includes 3 boards which differ in chipset and I/O ports:
AIMB-277 boards have a LGA 1200 socket for a 10th generation Comet Lake S processor: from 10-core Intel Core i9 to 2-core Intel Celeron. Also, the mainboards support up to 64 GB of DDR4 RAM and can connect up to 3 displays via HDMI 2.0a, DP1.2, LVDs/eDP or VGA outputs depending on exact model of the board.
I/O interfaces include 2 GLAN ports, 8 or 6 USB 3.2 and 2 RS232/422/485 interfaces. In addition, there are expansion slots PCIe x16 (Gen3), M.2 M key 2280 for installing a high-speed NVMe x4 SSD drive and M.2 E key 2230 for Wi-Fi/BT wireless modules.
