NEXCOM has unveiled a new Open frame panel computer for railway transport, named vROK-3030-A. The PC is based on the Intel Atom x6414RE CPU, has a 10.4" built-in open frame display with a capacitive touch screen and HDMI/DP video outputs, which allows you to create various advertising and information solutions for passengers.
The vROK-3030-A features a fanless design with a metal case and M12 connectors that are firmly threaded and won't fall out. The computer has been certified to EN50155/MIL-STD-810H and can operate in temperatures ranging from -30°C to 70°C, which makes it suitable for year-round use in railway transport.
USB, RS-232/422/485 and 2.5 GLAN ports are displayed on the rear panel of the vROK-3030-A, in addition, the PC has M.2 and mini-PCIe expansion slots for connecting various modules, including Wi-Fi 6E and 5G NR. Optionally available is a module with two PoE 802.3af/at ports up to 30W for connecting CCTV cameras.
