Durabook has introduced the new, updated rugged tablet PC Durabook R11 with 11.6” screen and 12th generation Intel Core i7-1255U CPU. The Durabook R11 tablet computer is designed for field professionals who need a reliable and powerful solution for a variety of industrial tasks in the field or warehouse.
The use of the 12th generation Intel Alder Lake processor has increased the performance of the tablet by 300% compared to the previous model on the 8th generation CPU. In addition, the integrated Intel Iris Xe Graphics has significantly increased processing power when processing large amounts of data, images and video streams in real time.
Industrial environments require harsh environments, so the Durabook R11 is MIL-STD-810H certified and IP66 rated to withstand extreme dust and water, low and high temperatures, shock, vibration, and 1-meter drops. In addition, the tablet boasts an impressive battery life of up to 14 hours, which reduces the risk of downtime due to an unexpectedly dead battery.
The Durabook R11 features a 11.6" FHD capacitive multi-touch display with up to 10 touch points, Durabook DynaVue technology and 1000 nits of brightness for a high-quality viewing experience even in direct sunlight. The tablet has a front camera with a resolution of 2 megapixels and an optional 8-megapixel rear camera with autofocus and LED backlight.
To connect external devices, modern interfaces, such as Thunderbolt 4, USB 3.2, wireless communication modules Wi-Fi 6E, 4G LTE, Bluetooth V5.2 and Micro HDMI video output are provided. In addition, the tablet supports the installation of additional expansion modules, including: a 1D/2D barcode reader, HF-RFID, NFC, Smart Card, or an expansion module for additional LAN ports RJ-45 and RS-232.
