A leading global manufacturer of forklift trucks based in the USA approached IPC2U partner Winmare with a problem. The American company was looking for a robust tablet that could be mounted on the forklift trucks. The goal of the upgrade was to improve the mobility and inventory management of the customers.
However, no compromises were to be made in terms of protection or computer functions. The tablet solution should also be suitable for indoor and outdoor use and be compatible with all warehouse vehicles. Even extreme vibrations should not irritate the device. Of course, the technical helper should also have high computing power and stable wireless and wired connectivity. Finally, the customers of the US company should have access to real-time data.

The Android operating system can be easily controlled with the P-Cap multi-touch screen. Thanks to the various docking options, it can be attached to all field and industrial vehicles and has a permanent charging function. A wrist strap is also included for manual use.
Around 100 units have been sold with the forklift trucks to date and the customers love it. They were particularly impressed by the simple handling of the device and the user-friendly functions. The attachment withstands even higher speeds and thanks to the up-to-date information on the tray, mobility and speed in customers' warehouses has been increased.
