GW-2200i gateways allow Modbus TCP Master/Client devices to poll various sensors and I/O modules using Modbus RTU/ASCII Slave protocol. The GW-2200i also supports reverse connection when the Master is Modbus RTU/ASCII and the Slave is Modbus TCP Server/Slave. In addition, the serial line with Modbus RTU/ASCII protocol can be extended via Ethernet with intermediate conversion to Modbus TCP protocol. For this, you need to use two GW-2200i gateways.
