Weintek has introduced the cMT1106X, a cost-effective HMI model in the cMT-X Basic series, which is designed to solve standard industrial automation and dispatching tasks. Compared to Weintek's iP and iE series, the cMT1106X operator panel has higher performance, more RAM, and more connectivity options. A quad-core RISC processor enables multi-tasking, while 4 GB of Flash memory allows you to store even more historical data and projects. To connect to various devices are: 1x Ethernet, 4x COM and optionally you can install a Wi-Fi module.
The chassis of cMT1106X is made of plastic, its front panel has NEMA4 and IP66 protection, and the circuit board is covered with a protective coating. Also, cMT1106X supports Weincloud cloud service, which helps users to create a remote monitoring system in the shortest possible time. In addition, the cMT1106X HMI supports various useful features, such as: EasyWeb 2.0 for browser-based configuration, FTP file transfer, PDF Reader, and Ethernet printer.
These features of the cMT1106X make it easy to replace legacy iP and iE series panels. cMT1106X has the same cutout size for mounting, which will not require additional modifications. Transferring a project from old panels to cMT1106X requires almost no modifications, which saves a lot of time. For porting specific features, Weintek provides update reports and modification recommendations, which simplifies the update process.
Even if cMT1106X is classified as a basic HMI, it contains more than enough software and hardware features to solve most industrial automation and dispatching tasks.
