ICP DAS company has introduced the new PCI communication boards: PISO-CAN200U-FD and PISO-CAN400U-FD with CAN FD (Flexible Data-Rate) interface. CAN FD (Flexible Data Rate CAN) is an enhanced version of the CAN 2.0 protocol that speeds up data transfer and allows more data to be transmitted in each message, which is necessary for modern control systems, industrial automation and distributed data collection.
The PISO-CAN200U-FD board has 2 CAN ports, while the PISO-CAN400U-FD already has 4 ports. In addition, for convenient connection to the CAN bus, the boards are available in 2 versions: with a D-Sub connector and a terminal block.
The PISO-CAN200U-FD and PISO-CAN400U-FD boards are designed for installation in a PCI slot, support Windows 7, 8.1, 10, and also have a set of libraries for C#.Net, VB.Net and VC++.Net programming languages.
