aROK-5510 Railway PC with Intel Coffee Lake S Core-i/Xeon CPU, optional NVIDIA GPU, up to 128GB RAM, 6x HDD/SSD, 8x SIM, 4x COM, up to 6x LAN (PoE optional) The aROK-5510 is a powerful computer specifically designed for use in rail vehicles, offering high connectivity and storage capacity. Thanks to its PCIe x16 slot, it offers the option of adding an external graphics card (GPU) for artificial intelligence (AI) applications. By using Intel Core-i and Xeon CPUs of the 8th and 9th Gen. Coffee Lake, the aROK-5510 offers an especially high performance compared to other railway PCs. This is supported by up to 128GB DDR4 memory and up to six externally accessible 2.5" SSD/HDD, which can be coupled in RAID 0/1/5/10. Further storage options are one mSATA-, M.2 Key M and SD card slot each. Three miniPCIe and three M.2 Key B slots can be used for additional functional expansions. In addition to Wi-Fi, Bluetooth etc., the Railway PC can also be equipped with up to four WWAN modules with 8 SIM cards and 20 SMA antennas, ensuring secure mobile connectivity with high bandwidth. The standard two GbE LAN interfaces via M12 screw connections can be optionally supplemented by two 10GbE SFP+ sockets and 4x PoE GbE LAN, e.g. for connecting IP cameras. The aROK-5510 is used in the areas of passenger infotainment, video surveillance, telematics and can serve as a video server and mobile cellular router. By including an external GPU, artificial intelligence (AI) tasks such as automatic pantograph inspection, obstacle-, signal- and sign recognition can be fulfilled as well.
