Serial interface server NPort 5650-16-T is manufactured by MOXA to transmit data from industrial equipment with RS-232/422/485 interfaces via Ethernet or Wi-Fi at the transfer rate of 921600 bit/s. The server is housed in a metal housing with 1 Ethernet port and RS-232/422/485 ports (16 pcs.). The server is provided in a 19” rack mounting configuration. It interacts with major protocols: SNTP, SMTP, BootP, HTTP, Telnet, ICMP, TCP, UDP, DHCP, DNS, SNMP V1, using Telnet, ARP, PPP, SLIP, RFC2217. The configuration by means of Telnet, an embedded display and a keyboard, or a Web-interface is available. The server is compatible with all standard operating systems. It works within a broad temperature band of -40 ... 75°C.
