The VTC 7250-7C8 can be used as a mobile surveillance system for emergency vehicles, in logistics and transportation branch, as well as in the public passenger transport sector. The VTC 7250-7C8 is powered by an 8th-generation Intel® Core ™ i7-8700T 6-Core processor providing the computing capacity needed to analyze and archive the collected data from via eight PoE ports connected network cameras. For local monitoring, displays can be attached over up to 10 meters distance.
To ensure a secure contact with the control centre and the internet, wireless communication can be set up redundantly via two WWAN interfaces and three SIM cards. Via GNSS tracking (GPS / Gloness / QZSS / Galileo / Beidou) with optional dead reckoning, the vehicle position can be precisely determined and transmitted worldwide at any time. This enables and ensures the direct evaluation of driving behaviour, vehicle position and condition (via CANBus 2.0B and 8bit DIO) for buses, vans and emergency vehicles in the control centre.
High-resolution images produce a large amount of data and require a high level of processing power, for which the VTC-7250 is ideally suited as an integrated solution with its completely fanless design despite the powerful Intel® Core ™ i7 CPU. The standard 8GB DDR4 RAM can be upgraded to provide up to 32GB of power in two 204-pin SO-DIMM sockets.
Thanks to its small dimensions of only 260mm x 196mm x 99mm, the NVR can be easily integrated into almost any vehicle. Compulsory e13 mark certification and MIL-STD-810G conformity compliance against vibration and shock and wide operating temperature range of -30° C to 50° C make the VTC-7250-7C8 a perfect mobile security system for a wide range of applications and environments.
