IPC2U presents the PICMG 1.3 Single Host Board ROBO-8110VG2AR. This board, based on the Intel Xeon E3-1200 CPU series and the Intel C206 chipset offers high power and flexible extension possibiltes by PCI Express.

The Intel E3-1275 and E3-1225 CPU supported by this board are based on the 32nm energy efficient architecture. Optimised Turbo Boost 2.0 Technology provides high performance by core overclocking, the Intel Hyper-Threading  Technology ensures parallel processing. A graphics engine with significant 3D image quality is integrated in the Xeon CPUs. Beside Xeon processors also Intel i7/i5/i3 CPU can be installed. The ROBO can be upgraded with up to 16GB DDR3 RAM with ECC support. The board is equipped with 2x Gbit LAN, 1x RS232, 2x RS232/422/485 and 14x USB 2.0 (2 external, 8 internal and 4 via backplane) ports. Furthermore, 2x SATAIII (600mb/s) and 2x SATAII Ports (300mb/s), with RAID 0,1,5,10 support are available. An important feature is UEFI BIOS which is successor of the conventional BIOS. Under UEFI it is for example faster to boot the operating system.
There are DVI-I (DVI-D + VGA) and HDMI to connect two independent displays. The PICMG 1.3 Board can be successfully used in the industry automation, in gaming, kiosk, medicine or military.
