The MiniBOT-Robot has 6 degrees of freedom with maximum operation range 590mm and cycle time 1.51 s. The weight of this robot is 30 kg and nominal load capacity 1 kg. Servo motors, I/O signals and related circuits based on standard EtherCAT communication, thereby MiniBOT-Robot-Package provides an expandable distributed control system. It is also a good material for training with EtherCAT.

The MiniBOT-Robot is equipped with Intel® Celeron® processor J1900 Quad Core 2.0GHz and two DDR3L SO-DIMM sockets with 2GB memory modules. Inside the device a regular 2.5" SATA 6Gb/s HDD drive can be installed, a 500GB HDD drive bay is pre-installed. Also available two expansion slots of Mini-PCIe for Wi-Fi, 3G, 4G LTE. Moreover, there are a variety of industrial interfaces: GbE LAN port, 2x RS232/422/485 ports (with 2.5kV Isolation on COM1), 3x USB2.0, 1x USB3.0 and DVI-I, Display Port for external monitor connection.

The Motor drives of the Package, I/O signals and related circuits are all integrated based on EtherCAT control network. Engineers and programmers can freely design their own control algorithms and integrate robotic control into their automation projects by means VisualC/C++ language.
