The JetNet 3906G comes with six ports, one of which is meant for an SFP fibre optic cable with 100/1000 Mbps data transfer rate. Four others are Gigabit RJ-45 POE ports that provide 30W each (120 in total), while the remaining port is a Gigabit RJ-45. With fibre optic connectivity, any concerns regarding magnetic or electrical interference during operations are overcome as the cables are resistant to these. Fibre optic also allows for added flexibility with regard to network distance.
