IPC2U announces: iROBO-SR206-R - 2U Server for Computing Intensive Applications!

IPC2U present the optimal server-system for HPC Cluster Computer Nodes, Datacenter, Datafarms, Front-End Server or other highly computing-intensive applications.
The 2U Intel Dual-CPU iROBO-SR206-R Server offers 4x dual socket mainboards at 2 rack units. All 4x nodes are individually configurable servers. Every node has its own power button, separate fan system, own networking card as well as onboard remote management (IPMI 2.0), so it can be operated independently.

Every of these 4x mainboards can be equipped with up to 2x Intel Westmere CPUs with 6x cores and up to 192GB power-saving DDR3 ECC Registered Memory. Every server provides space for an additional low profile/ half length card. For all nodes up to 3x SATA HDDs with a gross capacity up to 6TB can be installed.
The system has the best performance per watt and thus features optimal price/ quality ratio. A redundant 1400 watt power supply, which is certified with 80plus gold standard, guarantees energy efficiency of more than 87% and thus helps to save energy and costs. As 4x individual servers can be placed at 2 racks, you can spare space in the server rack.
