The BPC-5080 is a compact but extremely powerful embedded box PC. With dimensions of only 238mm x 61mm x 245mm, it offers space for a Core-i CPU of the 8th generation (Coffee Lake) up to the six-core i7 with 4.0GHz clock frequency. And thanks to its innovative cooling concept, this is not only fanless, but can even operate within a temperature range from -20oC to 60oC. A maximum of 32GB DDR4 RAM and optionally two built-in HDD/SSDs in a RAID 0 or 1 config adds even more flexibility for a wide variety of different applications. A high number of interfaces (8x USB, 3x display, 2x COM, 1x DIO etc.) provides high integration potential in existing applications.
Mechanically similar to the BPC-5080, the BPC-3030, which is equipped with a Celeron J1900 quad-core CPU, particularly stands out due to its eight COM interfaces (up to five of which can be configured as RS-232/422/485 using jumpers). If you add the four USB ports, there are a variety of options for connecting sensors, actuators or other peripheral devices to the PC. The dual GbE LAN interfaces and optional wireless expansion cards provide the necessary connectivity to the company network.
The BPC-7470 is a high-performance computer. Thanks to its C236 chipset it can be equipped with Intel Xeon CPUs and Core-i CPUs of the 6th and 7th generation. A maximum of 32 GB DDR memory can be installed and the computer can accommodate two 2.5“ HHD/SSD. The available interfaces include VGA, DVI-D, DP, 5x USB 3.0, 4x COM (upgradeable to 8x COM), LPT (optional), PS/2 and 2x GbE LAN. The BPC 7470 offers three PCI and one PCIe x16 or one PCIe x1, two PCIe x4 and one PCIe x16 expansion slots with an optional active fan, that can be used when powerful expansion cards that generate a lot of heat are installed.
The PPC-N193 is a robust aluminum panel PC with an IP66 protected front and 19“ screen-size. It has either an Intel Pentium N4200 Quad-Core or Intel Celeron N3350 Dual-Core CPU installed and holds up to 8GB DDR3L RAM. M.2 or 2.5 “SATA drives can be used as storage media. The extensive connection options include VGA and HDMI for connecting a second monitor, four USB, four COM, 8bit DIO, two GbE LAN and an internal miniPCIe full size slot to expand the PPC‘s functionality. The PPC-N193 can be ordered with a resistive or capacitive touchscreen. Another highlight is the extended operating temperature range down to -20oC. Apart from the 19“ PPC-N193, more models from this series are available in other screen sizes.
The PPC-N197 19“ Panel PC has the same IP66 aluminum housing as the PPC-N193, but is equipped with a different motherboard that allows the use of Intel® Core® i5-7200U and Intel® Core® i3-7100U processors. It can also be equipped with a maximum of 32GB DDR4 RAM and is therefore significantly more powerful than the PPC-N1X3 series. It is also available with a resistive and capacitive touchscreen.
The PPC-J217RW 21“ PPC in 16:9 ratiot has a flat IP65 front made of aluminum without any annoying edges. Its resistive touchscreen in full HD resolution is ideal for industrial use, even with thick protective gloves. The available CPUs are the Intel® Core® i5-7200U and Intel® Core® i3-7100U, which offer high performance. The PPC can be equipped with up to 32GB DDR4 RAM. A second monitor can be connected via HDMI or DP 1.2 with a resolution of up to 4096x2160 pixels.
The 15.6“ Panel PC PPC-Z157PW is all-round IP66/69K protected and is made of SUS316 stainless steel. It is therefore suitable for the food and beverage processing industry and also for all other areas where it gets very wet or dirty or where the equipment has to be cleaned thoroughly with water pressure. Intel® Core® i5-7200U and Intel® Core® i3-7100U CPUs and a maximum of 32GB RAM ensure high performance. According to the IP protection class, the interfaces (2x USB 2.0, 2x COM, 2x GbE LAN, 9-36V DC power in) are equipped with waterproof M12 connectors. The operating temperature range from -20oC to 60oC allows an operation in cold stores as well.
